Job Description:

1. Providing high-quality technical support for the all the internal tools and services used by the Design Services team
2. Taking ownership of technical issues and working with the development team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
3. Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps to encourage self-service
4. Participation in providing training to tool clients as required
5. Documenting impact of production issues and championing appropriate fixes through the development team
6. Being the voice of the customer at the team’s operational meetings
7. As a Support Engineer, you will be a member of a technical team that owns and supports the full technology stack for globally used design services.
8. Act as a bridge between tool clients and the development team located both on-shore and off-shore to resolve production issues and improve the operational quality of our tools and services

Candidate Profile:

1. Diploma/Degree (BCA, MCA)
2. Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in the profile.
3. Knowledge of Windows, XP, Vista and general desktop support issues
4. Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concepts
5. Experience with web site development, HTML, and SQL a plus
6. Fluency in English required, including excellent verbal and written communication skills
